Dynamics 365 Hiding Business Process Flow

This is a simple tip on how you can easily hide the BPF on any entity of your choice.

A few blogs talk about Security Roles and Javascript, but I think there is an easier way of doing this, Open the Customization Screen and scroll down to Model-driven Apps > Open your App

On the app designer, click on Business Process Flows:

- First deselect All
- Remove the BPF's from the entities you don't want to use
- Save and Publish

Note: you will need at least one BPF, I usually choose an ou-of-the-box BPF from an entity I don't use.

Now Open the entity and observe the BPF is not longer visible.
